Friends of Libraries are non profit charitable groups formed to support libraries in communities. Friends of Libraries groups are often involved in fundraising, advocacy, volunteerism, public awareness campaigns, and literacy programs. The Friends of the Redgranite Library plays an integral role in advocacy for your community library. This worthwhile organization purchases materials for the library by raising funds through book sales and other activities. You can make a long lasting and significant difference in your library by joining this fun loving group. The Friends meet every other month on the second Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Redgranite Library.
Stop in at any/all meetings that are convenient for you, as new members are always welcome!
