Friends of Libraries are non-profit charitable groups formed to support libraries in communities. Friends of Libraries groups are often involved in fundraising, advocacy, volunteerism, public awareness campaigns, and literacy programs. The Friends of the Redgranite Library plays an integral role in advocacy for your community and library. This worthwhile organization purchases materials for the library, helps other community groups. It fosters partnerships in various ways to help meet the needs of our service area. We do this by raising funds through book sales, community fundraisers, partnering with local businesses and organizations, library programming, and other activities. You can make a long-lasting and significant difference in your library and community by joining this fun-loving group. Being a Friend of the library does make a difference to your community, you can feel.

Stop in at any/all meetings that are convenient for you, as new members are always welcome!
